Sunset From Bed

Welcome in. Everything for your stay is on this page: getting in, Wi-Fi, parking, and house rules. Bookmark it.

Thankful you're here

Loosen the belt, grab a blanket and save room for the sunset. The turkey's on vacation too.

Kindly, please use the makeup remover wipes. They're in front of the mirror, next to the soap. Please don't use the bath towels to take off makeup. Thank you!

Unit403 on the 4th floor

Checkout at 11 AM is firm. Another guest usually arrives the same day, so late checkout isn't possible.

The address is 1431 Ocean Ave. The front entrance faces Ocean Ave, between the Georgian Hotel and the Ocean View Hotel. At the glass front doors, tap the white card on the reader beside them. Guests may park in spots 1 to 6 behind the building on 1st Ct. It's subject to availability and completely free. From there, the back entrance opens with the same white card. Going up, tap the white card on the black reader below the floor buttons inside the elevator, then press 4. Going down, no card needed. Step out, turn left, and follow the hall to 403. The purple-tag key opens the unit door.

Parking

Make it yours

Feel at home. Use the kitchen, the coffee, the spices and the air fryer, and move things around however you like. Just leave it clean and organized when you go.

Four palms on wheels

Every palm sits on a rolling base. Roll them to the window, next to the bed, into a corner, wherever you like.

3 northern-lights style lights

Projectors that fill the walls with moving light. The small remote next to the bed controls them.

Sliding pocket doors

The bathroom and closet doors slide into the wall. Press the metal tab on the door's edge so it flips out, hook a finger in and slide the door gently. Don't force or slam them, and fold the tab back flat before sliding the door into the wall.

Switches by the front door

Left switch: entrance light. Right switch: power to the TV wall, including the TV and the lamp. If the TV or lamp won't turn on, flip the right switch up.

House rules

This is a residential building by the beach, with neighbors on every side. It's made for slowing down: a quiet spot for two, sunsets from the bed, the ocean outside. Enjoy yourselves, just keep it low-key.
